Heinrich Schneider was born on March 13, 1972. After his apprenticeship and years of travel, he returned home and, along with his sister, took over his parents’ operation. His great passion is local products, especially wild herbs. He collects them himself in the surrounding meadows and woods. Heinrich has been a member of the “Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe” since 2008.
