Heinrich Schneider was born at Bolzano the 13 March 1972. After his experiences in Italy and abroad he came back came back and decided to run the family’s restaurant together with his sister. The local products represent Heinrich’s great passion and at the same time he follows the new gastronomic trends. Heinrich personally gathers the wild herbs in the surroundings, selects the products of the local farmers, always looking to the authentic taste. In 2008 he enters in the group of the “Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe”.
